New England Equal Longest Winning Streak Since Brady Years with Win Over Jets
Rookie TreVeyon Henderson has scored five touchdowns in the present year
The New England Patriots tied their longest winning run from the Tom Brady era as they defeated AFC East rivals the Jets 27-14 in professional football
First-year standout Henderson was the standout with three scores as the Patriots secured an eight-game winning streak for the initial occasion since legendary quarterback Tom Brady's last year with the team in the 2019 season

The triumph bolsters the Patriots lead at the summit of the division as they advanced to a 9-2 record, with the Jets at the foot after dropping to a 2-8 mark
The opposing team had taken the lead at their home field with quarterback Justin Fields running in a five-yard touchdown to finish the Jets' first possession
